Your Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We furnish this notice describing our online information policies and the choices that are available to you regarding how your information is collected and used in order to maximize the protection of your privacy. Your agreement to these practices is evidenced by your continued use of our Platform, which entails the provision of personal information.

State Law and Accompanying Rights

Depending on the State laws of your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights. Such State-based rights may augment, strengthen, or in some other way complement your inherent privacy rights or those afforded by Federal law. It is our intention to completely comply with the privacy rights in every jurisdiction in which we do business. As such, please feel free to access our Contact information in order to assert any such State based rights.

Our Commitment to Children’s Privacy

The protection of the privacy of children is particularly important to us. So our Platform will never collect nor maintain information from anyone we actually know to be under 18. Moreover, the Platform is not structured to attract anyone under the age of 18.

Pursuant to our Terms of Service and Conditions of Use, anyone under 18 is not allowed to use the Platform or to access our services. We do not intend to offer any product or services to those under the age of 18.

The Collection of Personal Information

When you use our Platform, the IP address used to access the Platform may be logged in conjunction with the dates and time of access. This information is used only to analyze data, administer the Platform and to gather general demographic information for our internal usage including but not limited to statistical assessments and the continuous improvement of the Platform. Moreover, any recorded IP addresses are in no way linked to personally identifiable information.

The use of cookies is quite common on the internet. They are a tool for us to improve the user’s experience by helping us customize each person’s use of the Platform. Basic information is placed onto your computer in order to make the content and experience better reflect your actions, preferences, etc. You should assume that the Platform utilizes cookies, and if you wish to restrict their use, you should make the appropriate changes to your browser settings to disable or at least receive a notification related to the use of cookies. Please note that the refusal or limitation of cookie usage may disable certain functions of our Platform.

A specific example of limited access to the Platform is in the context of a user name and password. The nature of the information created on the Platform dictates that any user names and passwords (created by you or us) will have to be connected with other information that is related to or connected to you. Accordingly, user names and passwords should be kept private.

We do not store any user names or passwords to third party websites or tools to which you connect through the Platform.

Handling of Personal Information

We have no control over the extent to which you provide personal information to any unaffiliated party while using the Platform–e.g., in a blog post, on social media, in a reply, etc. Please be aware that such a revelation will in fact make once private information “public.” In addition, if you share information with any other third party that is not acting as our vendor, then that information is out of our control and becomes subject to the relevant policy held by that entity.

For the most part, we only collect personal and private information from you in order to conduct our business and to use it internally to provide the best service to you. As such, we do not intend on sharing your personal information with other parties or unaffiliated interests without your authorization. To the extent your information must be stored with our third party service providers it is only done in order to better serve you and their usage of the information is severely limited. These third party vendors have agreed never to sell or transfer your information in any way.

The information we collect, in the aggregate, may however be used to ensure our understanding of our entire user base. Furthermore, we may share the aggregated information about our Platform users as a whole–not individually–with third parties for a variety of reasons, in our sole discretion.

Once your account is terminated, we will be entitled to remove all of your information with no way for you to recover it.

Links to Third Party Websites / Tools / Social Media

Links through our Platform to third party websites/tools or social media platforms are provided simply for your use and reference. We are not responsible for the privacy policies on these websites, etc. Please be aware that the privacy policies on these sites, tools or platforms may differ widely from ours.

The contents of this page can and will change, and you will be bound by those changes. In this regard, please review the “Amendment” provisions of the Terms and Conditions posted on the Platform.
