Renna Al-Yassini is an interaction design director, researcher, and strategist at Sparkwise. She leads projects to innovate new tools and services for Sparkwise, guiding the team through design research and systems thinking processes and fostering collaboration amongst stakeholders.
Renna is experienced in communication strategy for diverse organizations such as nonprofits, government agencies, and social justice initiatives, where she honed her ability to shape positive experiences through design. Her research and writing efforts at the intersection of design, business, culture, and social impact provide a solid foundation for her work. Renna earned a degree in political theory and international politics from UC Santa Cruz and a Masters in design from Carnegie Mellon. The founder of Rouhda Center, she was recognized as one of Businessweek’s “Twenty-One People Who Will Change Business”.
